The BEST and LOWEST BMW and MINI moments of 2022 | Shift Up

The end of 2022 is in sight. A great time to look back on the past year in which we have made many people happy with their new BMW or MINI with Shift Up .

In addition, last year we started a Youtube channel to inform and inspire you as a viewer with the models we sell. We have made driving tests of about 45 BMWs and MINIs, all of which you can watch one by one on our channel.

In this video we'd like to look back at some of the best moments in those videos, of course with the very tastiest exhaust sounds we sell. Let's start with the 4 cylinders in MINI's top models

4 cylinders

  • MINI Clubman John Cooper Works
  • MINI John Cooper Works 3.30
  • Mini Countryman John Cooper Works

In addition to the 4 cylinder engines in the MINI John Cooper Works models, of course the primal BMW 6 cylinder engine can't be missing either, so we've listed a few nice shots of those as well:

6 cylinders

  • BMW M140I
  • BMW M135I
  • BMW X3 M40I
  • BMW 340i

Nice huh such a typical BMW 6 cylinder engine? Besides these tasty familiar BMW engines, I would of course like to take you through the real BMW M models with an 8 cylinder, here they come!

8 cylinders

  • BMW X5M
  • BMW M5
  • BMW M6

Besides all these modern BMWs and MINIs, we have also regularly seen less modern cars pass by that we were allowed to trade in, for example. One of these less modern but still very cool cars is a BMW 7 series from the early 1990s.

A car whose mission for BMW was to enter the premium segment, which you could not do easily. It is therefore equipped with all the gadgets that we now consider very common, but that really turned you around back then. Check it out with me!

What I personally also find so cool about that 7 series is that back then when a new model was introduced, it still felt truly revolutionary, rather than the new models that are currently coming to market and feel more like evolution to me. Still, a premium brand like BMW should always be able to show something new with the introduction of a new flagship like the 7 series.

Despite the fact that I don't find the steps that many car brands take when introducing a new model to be all that revolutionary, they are obviously not sitting still at BMW. For example, the 7 Series that came on the market in 2015 also had some interesting gadgets at the time that I'd like to show you again.

Now, are you curious to learn more about the various existing BMW and MINI models and what's coming to these two brands in the future?

Then subscribe directly to our YouTube channel and enjoy many more BMW and MINI content next year in addition to our well-known driving tests.

If you've only just joined this channel, enjoy your Christmas break watching all the videos we've made on our channel over the past year. On behalf of the entire Shift Up team, I wish you a Happy New Year and lots of fun watching and most of all, lots of driving!
